It never opens on time at lunchtime - I've been here as late as 12:30, only to discover they're just opening up. It's meant to open at 12:00. When you only have half an hour for lunch, that doesn't give you much incentive to risk coming here only to find you've wasted your time. Not a good way to build customer loyalty.July 23, 2016
